kefinance.xyz publishes a currency converter and editorial content for informational use. The reference rates are mid-market and dated; they are not live execution rates and not regulated FX advice.

1. Editorial accuracy

Cross-rate computations verified by closed-form derivation, round-trip consistency, and bank-mid cross-check. Rate-table sync date stated explicitly. We do not warrant the table is current at every moment.

2. No warranty

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, kefinance.xyz disclaims all such warranties.

3. Not live, not for execution

// The bundled rate table is a daily snapshot. Live execution requires a regulated venue with an audit trail. Do not rely on this site for trade execution. The published rates are mid-market and explicitly do not include the spread you will see on a real transaction.

4. Not regulated FX advice

The reference content explains FX mechanics; it does not recommend trades, hedges, or specific products. For regulated advice consult an authorised firm. Verify any German firm via BaFin's register.

5. Not for tax conversions

Tax authorities require specific reference rates (HMRC, IRS, BMF, etc.). Use the rate published by your tax authority, not this converter, for any tax filing.

In no event will kefinance.xyz, its editors, contributors, hosting providers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to one hundred euros (€100).
